	Q.	When us the best time to speak with a stair representative?
	A.	During the planning and design stage of your construction project. Roes representatives will work with providing consultative services during the planning process as well as technical assistance and will work closely with your architect prior to construction. Roes Stair Co. staff are here to serve and you can speak to a representative from 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Monday to Friday
	Q.	What is the process when I order a new set of stairs?
	A.	Give us your phone number/email address and a salesperson will get in contact with you. Please provide us with the job site locations as well.
	Q.	How long after I place my order until I receive the completed staircases?
	A.	Approximately two to four weeks depending on the time of year and the complexity of the stair. The railing usually follows the stair installation by another two to four weeks and depends on the finishing process of the entire job.
	Q.	Am I responsible for staining, painting or carpeting my stairs?
	A.	Yes, you are responsible for staining, painting or carpeting your stair.
	Q.	Can you manufacture custom components for my existing staircase that I am remodeling?
	A.	Yes – we can manufacture custom components for your existing staircase that is being remodeled.
	Q.	Can I e-mail my order?
	A.	Yes – orders for staircasescan be emailed.
	Q.	What are your guarantees, warranties and Terms & Conditions?
	A.	The product is warranted for a period of one year from our installation date. Credit information or deposit are required to begin product of your order. Full payment is due 30 days from the installation date. If the order is destined to be shipped off shore, full payment will be required before it leaves our shop.
	Q.	What sort of items do you carry in stock?
	A.	Roes carries an extensive line of traditional products in most standard sizes. Custom turning, dimensional changes and profiles are available upon request. Click here for diagram.
